Hi,

So I'm on parts.ford.com and I see two different blades for each side of my windshield (2015 T250 Cargo).
These two are the 28". The first one is described as Premium and is cheaper than the second one. What is the difference ?
WW2801PF (17V528)
WW2901 (17528)

These part numbers are for the 21".
WW2101PF (17V528)
WW2049 (17528)

What is the difference between them ?

Thanks.

I measured mine; they are 20" and 30". I have no idea what the claimed "size" is. When replacing, I buy ones that are the same length as the originals, even if the package says 45" or 8.5"; as long as they actually measure 20 and 30.

I couldn't find a 30" at the store, so I got a 28". 1" less "wipe" on the ends than stock.
The 20" fit exactly right.

Note: I have a 2015. I don't know if the wiper blade size is the same all the way through 2019, but I suspect it is because nothing else on the Transit changed from 2015-2019.

I ordered the Motorcraft blades from Amazon and here are the part numbers.
WW2049 for the passenger side and WW2901 for the driver's side.
They measure 20" and 30" respectively.
Thanks for those part numbers
I looked them up on Amazon and I think they have the description wrong on the WW2901
Both those part numbers say they are 20.5 inches long
I posted a question to the seller to make sure

I measured about 30 inches for drivers side and 20 inches on passenger side on my 2015 - 250

Geez, what ever happened to the good old days when you could just replace the rubber inserts and not the whole assembly?

People these days take their vehicle to a dealership and sit in the lounge for 3-4 hours to get new wiper blades, so why would anyone expect to sell just the rubber inserts? Actually, I like the full wrap, one-piece style because ice doesn't freeze in the little metal arms and prevent the blade from wiping correctly.

I am looking at one of my blades right now and it looks like you could remove one of the end caps and slide in a new rubber insert
But of course that would be cheaper and we can't have that
IF you could find an insert. Now it's probably cheaper just to buy a whole blade for $5-10. Easier, too.

Where the heck do you shop?! Are you in Beverly Hills?
I bought RainX mid-grade at Wally Marty for about $10. I think the "top of the line" might have been $25.
I wouldn't bother with motorcraft. It's a wiper, not a water pump or piston rings.

only a year? wow, another reason not to get them.

Well my reply here was about the Amazon links that were given for those blades so take a wild guess billy :)

I get many years out of a set of blades
My 2015 is just now getting new ones
I suppose it depends on how much use they get
I only put less than 1500 miles a year on my van
