The Motorcraft last over a year if you clean them regularly. Many replace blades when they streak when all that is needed is a good cleaning.
Mine have just started to separate in a couple small parts, so there no cleaning happening that will fix that :)
The factory blades that came with my 2015 have been great.

People these days take their vehicle to a dealership and sit in the lounge for 3-4 hours to get new wiper blades, so why would anyone expect to sell just the rubber inserts? Actually, I like the full wrap, one-piece style because ice doesn't freeze in the little metal arms and prevent the blade from wiping correctly.
I take my Transit to the Ford dealer for regular service. Went in last week and waited almost 45 minutes for an oil change and safety check - I barely got to drink a cup of their coffee. They replaced the wiper blades. I have theFord premium service plan for 150K miles, it has worked out to be very inexpensive for an oil change every 5K. The dealer I am now using has been very good (previous dealer was willing to waste a lot of my time - they never did figure out how to rotate the tires and reset the TPS - the idiot light would come on about 20 miles away). I know that many think these service plans are crazy - YMMV.

I have the same story. My passenger blade started disintegrating this November, so I replaced both. They would be 5 years old from the factory, and 4 years of use. About normal in my 40+ years experience as a vehicle owner.

Just an update
I ordered the Motorcraft blades on Amazon
WW-2901 and WW-2049
The seller has the length wrong for the WW-2901

The packaging says
29" on the WW-2901

20" on the WW-2049

The length and fit are exactly like the stock blades on my 2015-250 medium roof

Here's a couple shots of the packaging and my old blades

133665

133666

My van is 2017 low roof. Getting wiper blades for my spare parts stash.
The manual, capacities & specifications section, has two entries for windshield wipers.

ww2955 / ww2112 - roof med-low
ww2901 / ww2049 - roof low, medium, high

Ordering the "med-low" set.
That is all.
