Not sure how far along in your dilemma you are so far, but it sounds like your main culprit is the + wire to the right rear brake/turn lamp.
I just tested with a probe and the wire for that comes down the column as a solid grayish-purple wire.

You should be able to cut it at both the top and bottom and run an alternate wire.

Im looking for the colors in between the reverse light switch and the taillights(reverse lights). If you have this info please let me know!

On your tail light plug, the black/blue is a common ground and is connected to one of the 3 ground lugs inside the door, so it does NOT make it to the main feed (on the right here).

The green/brown wire is + to the reverse lamp.
The grayish purple wire is + to stop/turn
The white/orange is + to tail lamp

You are the man! The green/brown was the culprit and all the lights now work! Woohoo!! Now I have one more issue... the back doors, side door and passenger doors dont lock and unlock with the remote. Any idea which wires control that? Of course there was something else o_O

Man, you couldn't let me rest in success for one moment, could you? 😁
It happens that during my "rat mitigation" work last week that I traced down the rear door lock actuator plug and wires too. 🤓

Rear door lock actuator wires are brown/green and green/white. They reverse polarity to lock or unlock.

I happened to just be a blown fuse for the door locks. I replaced it and ecstatic to say that I have a fully functional and working Transit! Thank you so much everyone, you real life super heroes!

And it only took 3 days and 72 posts! Glad that you can now move on from this diversion, lol (y)

(and if weren't for that d#%@ rat making me take my van apart, I would not have been in the position to offer most of that info)

I have a everlong hatred for rats after living in Baltimore for a year. They ate through my car cables two seperate times (Toyota coated the cables with soy). I tried all the trick to keep them away but these concrete-chewing monster rats wouldnt give. One day I made a amazon order of 18 large rat traps and put them all out before trash day. The next day I put 18 giant rats in a box and taped it up. Nobody benefited from my rat story though haha

Glad you solved your wiring problem and can get to the important business of of (somewhat) off topic stories.
Honda sells expensive capsicum impregnated tape. I believe it was part of a TSB to address the soy issue. There was a recent post about trying to keep cats off of a van. Someone replied they would want to encourage cats to hang around their van.

That tactic crossed my mind, but the darn neighbors' cats all run when they see me approaching now, lol.

I really screwed up and drilled through some wires in my 2019 Transit Cargo. Now my drivers side headlight and passenger side break light doesnt work. What can I do to fix them?! The only thing I can think of is splicing in new wires. Could this work? How would I know which are which? Please help!
I almost did this when I was drilling a small hole try fit the wire harness!

I started drilling and just one the off chance stopped a second to see what was going on in the area. Come to find out the wire harness was being rubbed by the bit despite my efforts and I chewed through 4 or 5 wires.

The cursing was pretty epic.

Easy enough to fix, just splice them back.

Nice to know someone else admits to doing this :)

If you want peace of mind, you need to remove the bundle and unwrap all of it. Not just where you think you severed it! Look very carefully at ALL the wires. If you only nicked a few and you don't readily see them, they may give you HUGE headaches down the road when they finally break!

Hey can you provide some insight into how the color of the wire helped you determine the issue? I understand that the green/brown wire is for the reverse lamp, but how did you traverse the wire to find your "culprit?"
When I read your post I was shocked that I am experiencing the same problem now. Reverse triggers my F15 25A fuse to blow. One thing I am having issues with which I didn't hear mentioned was "are your reverse lights working?" The clear middle section of my brake light doesn't work on either side. Not sure if that's a precursor to the fuse blowing when put in gear.
I replaced all bulbs and countless 25a fuses to trouble shoot removing lights, cameras, back up camera rear view mirror display, etc. Nothing is working for me.
I have tried to follow the advice on this thread and conclude that there must be a short in the green/brown....
I can't follow that line very far from the light....I am assuming it's my passenger rear reverse lamp causing the problem. I didn't randomly drive nails in during my van build. All rivnuts and prefabed walls (horizontal screwing of screws).
I am hoping not to have to deconstruct my garage wall. Any advice as to how you were able to find it and what it looked like when you did?
