The only ploblem now is with the left drivers headlight and the tail lights. They stay on for a little bit then dim and F15 fuse blows every time.

The F15 fuse keeps blowing which is for:
Left-hand exterior lamps
Right-hand headlamp
Central high mounted stoplamp

What color wires are these?

I wish I could tell you. It sounds like you've identified the culprits that may be twisted up with a ground wire.

My best guess based on where you drilled and the things associated with that fuse would be the third brake light (top light above rear doors). Maybe pop that out and look at the wire colors going into it? I think on my 2015 they could be seen from inside, but you probably have insulation and a panel in the way. I know I do now.

I was able to trace some of the wires by color but some are different from colors available. One interesting thing that I just noticed is that my headlights work perfectly UNTIL I put the car in reverse then it shorts out. This is a clue that someone with the right knowledge should be able to answer.

Hmmm, trial and error, maybe unplug the reverse lights one at a time and see which one blows the fuse. Of course, you're going to go through a lot of fuses! I bought a 20a circuit breaker to use when tracing stuff down in my old Corvair because I didn't like to waste fuses, cheap as they are.

Oh wait, are you trying your brakes WITHOUT putting it in reverse? Maybe it's stepping on the brake so you can shift that is blowing the fuse.

Ive been doing some research about a reverse light switch that I guess is in the gearbox. I didnt even know they existed. Could I have busted it?

It sounds like the most affected wire is for a reverse lamp or other reverse-activated circuit back there.
Of course, there must still be other wires nicked and in need of repair before they become a problem too.

You might try bypassing the reverse lamp wire to test first.

If I only know all the wire colors. The passenger reverse lights large cable color is no where to be found in the main wires. I also wonder if they join to a common ground wire too.

If I ever have a long rainy day stuck indoors, I'll track down whatever wire code info I can find and start a thread. The only stuff I recall being posted recently are rear speaker wire colors. And maybe cargo light wire colors.

Some of the components back there have separate ground wires, I just had a rat chew through one and in the process of repair traced out separate circuits for the back door.

While all 3 were damaged and repaired, only one was severed. It happened to be the one for the rear door open alarm and we had to drive a good distance all morning while listening to the chime... o_O

I really appreciate you! I wonder if all I need to do is find the reverse light switch in the engine compartment and see if I can see colors there.

Some of the speaker wires change colors between the front and back and they are in that same cable. There are several service manual wiring diagrams here somewhere, One of them is the rear speaker wires. I cant remember what the rest of the diagrams are but they cover a bunch of different things. There is also a service manual 300 page Pdf covering emissions on both gas engines.
People have shared a lot of stuff here over the years.

That's what I'll search out and use in part to create a list of know wire color codes.
I'm still shocked that no one has "leaked" the shamefully expensive service manual and wiring diagrams online. But, I haven't looked for them in the places that would post them in a long time.

That is what I was pointing out, A big chunk of the service manual is already posted on this forum,
The rear speaker wire Wiring Diagram is a easy find because that thread is somewhat sensibly named: radio wiring colors
Other good threads are sometimes poorly named and that causes a lot of searching.

fwiw these are the two plugs that go to the passenger rear door on that side.
Green/Blue and brown/white are for the speaker, brown/green and green/white for the lock actuator: (edit for clarity: the door rear speaker wires come down the column as brown/blue and brown/white)
148378

Brown/purple and black/yellow for door ajar, yellow/purple and black/white for plate lights

(the black/yellow door ajar wire is grounded locally and not in the harness)

Additionally, these are the wires that plug into the tail light assembly:
Black/blue-common, goes to local ground lug
White/brown-tail lamp
Purple-right turn and brake lamp
Green/brown-reverse lamp

The wire bundle coming down splits 3 ways near the bottom-the twisted pairs or for the two rear speakers:
