The fuse is very accessible so it’s not a problem. I would like a better solution. I haven’t seen anything in the app. Maybe on the controller?

Sure sounds like something they should address... at least a way to manually clear errors, as the Espar does.

To the point of @Irontent's comment, I'm setting up relays on every circuit and device... so it would be a very easy thing to cycle.

We purchased a Velit in March and it has not worked once. Returned the ECU and controller, still getting errors. Turned it on today to test it before a trip and gas is pouring out of the exhaust pipe. Likely an injector is stuck open. We want a refund as this has been an absolute nightmare experience. Any one else having these major issues?

So leaving on a month long trip, start the heater, error code 01 again, update Firmware, pull fuse, start again, have to manual pump, it starts, strong smell of gas, tons of smoke coming out exhaust, get down on ground to look, gas leaking out of exhaust. I cannot believe how much of a sh** show this has been. 7 months since we purchased this and have not been able to use it once. They offered to replace the unit, but we are not going to install another Velit at this point, so I said we would like a refund, which they agreed to once we pull the heater out and send it back. Planning to get an Espar now.

Bummer - mine's never done that in 12 months installed, 6 months of almost daily use. But I've had plenty of frustration at times during the build - especially when you want something to just work. You have my empathy.

Hope your Espar experience is better.
