After contacting the dealership that the van was serviced at, no help, and contacting safelite auto glass I've found out that they used Derive Systems for limiting the speed on the vehicle. Currently waiting for an answer back from Derive on how to remove this. Anyone else encounter this type of issue?

Have you ever found out anything further? I’m still looking to remove my 81mph limit from my Trail…

Not yet pretty much going on my own purchased 1 year on forscan and having trouble with 1 vbf file I need to reflash the pcm back to stock or update it to the newest revision and see if it clears it.

What are peoples favorite forscan mods?

After my first road-trip I plan:

1. Disable automatic cargo lights (dark mode/police mode)
2. Disable seatbelt reminder
3. Bambi mode (Fog Lights AND high-beams)

Anything else people recommend?

Help- my TRM shows only an 'as built data'. Is there a method to getting a screen for adjustment to have 4 way flat trailer lights?

2020 T350HD-need trailer lights but not needing trailer brakes.

Other than the seatbelt reminder, the other thing I feel the need to change is the low pressure warning settings for TPMS - I have a mostly empty T350 and Ford's 'recommended' pressures are about twice what the tire manufacturer recommends for my vehicle weight as driven.

What pressure does the tire manufacturer recommend? What weight are the tires rated for?

I have the factory Continental VanContact Four Season tires. The load chart looks like this:
Image

Curb weight of the van is 6442 lb. That means that there's 3515 lb on the front axle and 2927 lb on the rear axle. Source: Ford 2024 Transit eSourceBook.

Even with two people in the front seats it's below 4000 lbs on the front axle. Continental's recommended pressure is 48 lbs in that use case.

The TPMS gets unhappy if the front tires are below 55 lbs. The rears have to have even more pressure to make the light go off. A look at the table above shows that Continental recommends pressures lower than the TPMS minimum for both axles under these conditions.

If I go with the tire manufacturer recommendation I'll get a smoother ride and longer tire life.

It is true that tomorrow I could load the van up to the GVWR and the Ford specs would then make sense. They don't in my current use case. I'm a big boy and can make that decision for myself.

Great, I agree. The reason I asked is that sometimes these vans end up with non-10 ply SUV tires that are not rated to handle the weight these vans are capable of.
The numbers on the door placard assume the van might be loaded at or near the GVWR, but many of us run way less weight and can go with lower pressures.
This is where the setting for the placard target pressure is on pre-'20 vans:

1. Disable automatic cargo lights (dark mode/police mode)
2. Disable seatbelt reminder
3. Bambi mode (Fog Lights AND high-beams)
Coming back to this after some time on my 2025 Transit.

For Dark/Silent mode, I was able to disable cargo lights via:

IPC-> Silent Mode control Function
IPC ->Silent Mode Police Telltale
APIM-> Police Dark Mode

Then navigating through vehicle settings with the steering wheel controls.

I have not been able to change Bambi mode, what is odd is that I do not have BdyCM, only As-Built. Do other people have an 'english' BdyCM configuration available?

Since I only has AS BUILT, then I'd need the spreadsheets...... But there is no Transit spreadsheet? Or is there?

How are people editing BdyCM?

Lastly, on disabling Seatbelt chimes, I see these options under IPC:

Is this the right setting?
