Read manual and searched formun, dont see anything about it. Also, FYI i have 2 LED lights hooked up to reverse lights that worked fine for a couple years. Now the truck nor the aftermarket lights dont work and dont know where to go, thanks for reading.
FYI i have the trailer package if that matters. 2015 E350 Wagon.

Some other steps to take if you haven't already:
Check to see if the reverse pin on the trailer connector is working.
Check the wiring connections to your extra lights, sometimes they can get dislodged after a few years.

Do you have a backup camera or parking sensors? If so, do they work?

checked all fuses, all are good, Backup camera still works when put in reverse, as do the sensors. Couldn't find any power for reverse lights at the trailer plugs but not sure their is supposed to be power at the plug for a reverse light. The only thing that seems to not be working is the reverse lights. The license plate lights work as well. FYI i often put a motorcycle tie down hook in the various holes in the inside of the van, maybe i caught a wire...hmmm (i removed wall paneling an semi converted to cargo like interior) Thanks so much for the advice.

I know this is an old thread, but I am having the exact same problem. My backup lights stopped working. The tail lights, turn signals and running lights still work. I suspect the reverse switch is okay because the backup camera and sensors are working normally. There does not seem to be a fuse specific to the backup lights. If there is, can anyone tell me which one? The owners manual does not list it.

2016 Transit passenger van. 148 length. Mid roof. No Trailer package.

Thanks!
