Simple question about filling up coolant reservoir on 2020 XLT AWD

So I am about to take off on an extended road trip and I was checking my fluid levels. I noticed my coolant level is right below the minimum line. I had my first oil change at 5000 miles and supposedly everything was fine at that point, but I didn't check the coolant level myself so I don't know if it was low before. I am now just over 7000 miles and wondering if I should go ahead and fill the coolant back up to between the minimum/maximum level before I head out on the road trip, or just bring some along just in case. Everything seems to be running fine, the engine temperature gauge reads normal. The main difference between my mileage at 5k and my current mileage at 7k is the heat-- the past couple of months have had consistent temperature readings of 100+ here in Texas.

What do ya'll think?

Be sure to get the right coolant for your specific engine. Years ago it used to be coolant was coolant.. not anymore. Mix two different coolant types and it can make great sludge. Ask me how I know! Sort of makes your cooling system somewhat inefficient.
