Correct me if I'm wrong -- the seats in gray can be removed, but they just don't have the quick release handles.

In a 15 passenger van, some seats are quick release, some are bolted, and one is a combo of bolted and quick release (which makes no sense to me).
I just put up a YouTube video on exactly how each seat is connected and the T55 socket tool needed to remove the bolts.
