my opinion is the 373 gear over the 410 the 410 will have you in the turbo way too often and Highway RPM will be a little high just my opinion you can use select the shift to do any kind of Shifting you like

Going with the 3.5 EB

 

I tow cars and bikes with our camper converted,148 MR, 250 EB. I have 3.73 gears and 31"diameter tires and would go with the same 3.73 gearing if doing it again.

Can you get the 4.10 with the EcoBoost? That's new. That has never been available before.

If OP can time travel, then a bespoke diff gear ratio is child's play. If I had that skill, I'd skip the EB and go for a flux capacitor. Actually, I'd probably go back to 1966, but that's a different discussion altogether.
