Is there a way to check your protect plan on line? It does not seem to show on either the Ford pass app or in your ford account. Is the only way to check if it is active by calling a dealer?

If you mean checking on any Ford branded extended warranty you bought, I just read the details in the Terms & Conditions and found the company:

Ford/Lincoln Protect Headquarters
P.O. Box 6045
Dearborn, Michigan 48121
Toll-free number 800-521-4144

I called them and gave them my info and VIN and they verified that I indeed had the coverage I had purchased. It verified to me that the dealership that took my money actually did send in the right paperwork to them with the right terms vs. shaving it (or pocketing it entirely).

I bought my extended through Granger, but I didn't buy my van from them. Nothing but a positive experience - and prices are certainly higher now.

The dealer I bought the plan from advised me that Ford eliminated that information from the app.
Also I search and the information should also show up in your Ford online account..IT DOES NOT!
There seems to be no on-line access to your protect plan information.

Unfortunately, Ford did take that ability off of FordPass and we do not know if it will ever show up. At this time, the only way to receive that information is either contacting your Ford service department or calling Ford to verify.
