Sorry for the delay. I went by the parts department of my local dealership and got a more accurate part number. The 2020 Transit part number begins with "LK4Z-19A390-" and then the suffix seems to depend on the vehicle VIN or options. There are three that appear to apply to the low-roof model:

p/n LK4Z-19A390-A applies to:
  • 10/21/2019, Transit V363, All Reg/Ext Vans/Wagons & Cutaway, With Low Roof, ICE- Low Audio (0C), Cellphone Interface System - 4
  • 10/21/2019, Transit V363, All Reg/Ext Vans/Wagons & Cutaway, With Low Roof, ICE - Mid Audio W/BVC, Cellphone Interface System - 4
p/n LK4Z-19A390-FL applies to:
  • Primed, 10/21/2019, Transit V363, Bus (M2), With Low Roof, ICE - Mid Audio W/BVC, Cellphone Interface System - 4
  • Primed, 10/21/2019, Transit V363, Bus (M2), With Low Roof, ICE- Low Audio (0C), Cellphone Interface System - 4
p/n LK4Z-19A390-EL applies to:
  • Primed, 10/21/2019, Transit V363, Bus (M2), With Low Roof, Cellphone Interface System - 4, Low Level Audio 2
Unfortunately, the dealership didn't have any of these in stock so I couldn't look at them or take photos of the connectors. I can't find any photos online either. I'm also not sure from the above application descriptions whether the different part numbers actually function differently, or if they are purely cosmetic differences (such as painted vs. primed).

Along these lines, does anyone know what the abbreviations "ICE" and "BVC" mean? Maybe "bluetooth voice control" for the second? And what are "low audio" and "mid audio"? There also appears to be a distinction between "Low Audio (0C)" and "Low Level Audio 2." Anyone know what that's about? Finally, does anyone happen to have access to any of the above three part numbers such that you could post some photos of the connector(s)? Thanks!

Eight months later... Did you come up with a solution? Did you figure out the two connectors and associated signals? I'll be tackling this problem soon myself and would really appreciate any feedback you can offer. Thanks!

Running into a problem with this antenna as well in my 2021 high roof. I want to place a roof rack and it's in the way. The 2020 BEMM mentions a relocation kit but googling those part numbers shows no result - does anyone know what thats about? I am not sure that the relocation kit mentioned above in this thread is compatible - GSM/GPS might be a different connector/antenna than the satellite radio one.
Here's a screenshot of the stuff from the BEMM book:

Some thought that I've had regarding this - I am planning on having a WeBoost or similar signal booster. I wonder if in that case I could relocate the existing antenna inside the van?

Figuring out how to properly seal the roof hole is another challenge...

See Post #2, The photo shows some other ford truck but this is for the Transit too.

I saw that, but I am not convinced that the satellite radio antenna and the GSM/GPS one are identical even though they do look similar.
I could order it and see if the connector matches and I would prefer to learn more before I go and spend money on something that might not be the correct part.

After some digging on the Tasca website, I managed to track down several of these parts.
This is the part from the SVE bulletin that @Michael Ophus provided. It appears to be the full kit, including the grounding plate.
JC3Z-18813-A
This is the part (one of them, at least) mentioned by @theophile. No image and no description is provided, unfortunately.
LK4Z-19A390-A
I wasn't able to find an exact match for the part listed in the BEMM that @eranrund provide. In fact, couldn't find a single part with the KK3T or KTKK3T prefix. My guess is that the prefix is merely a model designator. I found several parts for 18812 with different prefixes, but none of them were a full kit. Most of them were just cable assemblies, such as this one for the F-150.
JL3Z-18812-C

The 18813 kit seems like the best choice.

BTW, if anyone wants to do his/her own search, I recommend using the "site" search term with Google instead of the search box on the Tasca website.

Thank you for digging into it. Maybe this is indeed the right kit...

It's been four or five years, so previous posters have presumably figured out that the shark fin antenna is NOT the highest point on the roof of their vans--the rear roof is. At least, mine scraped the standard-height garage door trim the day I brought it home from the dealer, while my shark fin has always cleared with ease. I removed that useless piece of trim and ever since I've had a full 3/8 inch clearance to spare.

Watch out for ice and snow buildup just outside your garage door, which will also cause clearance problems. Don't buy larger tires, including snow tires with their deeper treads. If you buy used, bear in mind that your tires may be worn enough to lower the van by about a half-inch. And be sure all nails and screws in your trim are fully sunk (ask me how I know this).

Hope that helps someone stumbling across this thread.
