I had to replace my steering rack and now I'm putting my front end back together. I'm hoping that some of you guys with service manuals could help me out. I'm looking for the torque specs for any/all of the following nuts/bolts:

Steering rack to sub-frame
Sub-frame to chassis bolt (the long one that passes through the control arm bushing)
Sub-frame to chassis nut
Control arm bolt (passes through front bushing)
Ball joint nut
Tie rod nut
Swaybar end link nuts
Sub-frame to stabilizer-brace bolts (there are two of them on each side of the leading edge of the sub-frame)
Stabilizer brace to chassis bolts (leading edge of stabilizer, bolts in behind bumper support beam)
Steering pump bolts

I added the torques and relevant procedures to your quote below

I had to replace my steering rack and now I'm putting my front end back together. I'm hoping that some of you guys with service manuals could help me out. I'm looking for the torque specs for any/all of the following nuts/bolts:

Steering rack to sub-frame Torque: 85 lb.ft (115 Nm
Sub-frame to chassis bolt (the long one that passes through the control arm bushing) Stage 1: 184 lb.ft (250 Nm) Stage 2: 180°
Sub-frame to chassis nut Torque: 129 lb.ft (175 Nm)
Control arm bolt (passes through front bushing)

Installation

NOTICE: Tighten the suspension bushing fasteners with the suspension loaded or with the weight of the vehicle resting on the wheels and tires, otherwise incorrect clamp load and bushing damage may occur.

Install the lower control arm and install the 2 lower control arm bolts.
Torque: 203 lb.ft (275 Nm)
Finger tighten only at this stage.
NOTE: Use the hex-holding feature to prevent the lower ball joint stud from turning while installing the lower ball joint nut.

Connect the lower control arm and install the lower ball joint nut.
Torque: 159 lb.ft (215 Nm)
Position a jackstand under the lower arm and raise the suspension to curb height.
Use the General Equipment: Vehicle/Axle Stands
NOTICE: Tighten the suspension bushing fasteners with the suspension loaded or with the weight of the vehicle resting on the wheels and tires, otherwise incorrect clamp load and bushing damage may occur.

Tighten the lower control arm forward bolt.
Torque: 203 lb.ft (275 Nm)

Ball joint nut 159 lb.ft (215 Nm)
Tie rod nut Torque: 59 lb.ft (80 Nm)
Swaybar end link nutsTorque: 76 lb.ft (103 Nm)

Sub-frame to stabilizer-brace bolts (there are two of them on each side of the leading edge of the sub-frame)Torque: 46 lb.ft (63 Nm)

Stabilizer brace to chassis bolts (leading edge of stabilizer, bolts in behind bumper support beam)
Position the lower load path bar and install the new lower load path bar retainers.
Torque:
1:: 41 lb.ft (55 Nm) front 4 bolts
2:: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm) rear two bolts

Steering pump bolts
to engine: Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

Please see the torques below

Good luck

I'm still going at this project, can I bother you for a few more?

Front brake caliper bracket bolts

Remove the 2 bolts and the anchor plate. Discard the bolts.
Torque: 203 lb.ft (275 Nm)

Front brake caliper bolts

Remove the 2 bolts and the brake caliper.
Torque: 44 lb.ft (60 Nm)

Front brake rotor to hub bolts

NOTE: Vehicles with SRW.

Remove and discard the 5 brake disc bolts and separate the brake disc from the wheel bearing and wheel hub assembly.
Torque:
Stage 1: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)
Stage 2: 90°

NOTICE: Make sure to tighten the new brake disc bolts in a star/cross pattern or incorrect clamp load may occur.

NOTE: Vehicles with DRW.

Remove and discard the 5 brake disc bolts and separate the brake disc from the wheel bearing and wheel hub assembly.
Torque: 81 lb.ft (110 Nm)

Hub assembly to knuckle bolts

Remove and discard the 5 wheel bearing and wheel hub bolts and remove the wheel bearing and wheel hub assembly.
Torque: 46 lb.ft (63 Nm)

Knuckle to strut bolt

Remove and discard the bolt and remove the wheel knuckle.
Torque:
Stage 1: 76 lb.ft (103 Nm)
Stage 2: 180°

I think we've got the ENTIRE front end covered now. I owe you big time!

Good afternoon. I was hoping to add a request for a couple of additional torque specs relating to the rear stabilizer/sway bar on a 2016 350HD DRW. Specifically,

1. The bolts securing the end links to the sway bar (2 total); and

2. The bolts securing the u-plates over the d-bushings and attaching to the frame (4 total).

Thanks!
