Even if you don't have this little harness, you should be able to find the mating connector under the dash and manually splice your controller into the wires behind it.
The instructions say it is located "UNDER THE INSTRUMENT PANEL, LEFT OF THE STEERING COLUMN, TAPED BACK".
Black = Ground
White w/Violet trace = Stop Lamp Signal Feed
Grey w/Red trace = +12 volt
Green = Electric brake feed

I want to install an aftermarket electric brake controller.
I called the Ford Customer line yesterday and again this morning for help. Their expert (Carl) still has not called me back!!
Now I am working with the Ford Service manager at my local Ford Dealer. He is trying to find it in another Transit since he could not find it in his electronic shop manuals.
I have the drivers side lower panels off to look all under the dash and around the steering Column. I have the center cup holder panel out. And I have the passenger glove box out.
