The XLT will have the upgraded seats and the ones in the rear that are the 54" 3 passenger seat, the 36" 2 passenger seats, and the single 16" seats will have the 3" to 4" recline feature and the single armrest in the aisle area. In the 12 passenger seating, ALL of the seats can be easily removed by using the quick release handles to end up with a flat floor surface. In the 15 passenger van, you have 3 seats that are bolt-in seats.

The XL trim will have ALL non-recline seats as well as NO armrests. The XL trim comes standard with the vinyl flooring but you can override the carpet that is standard on the XLT to get the vinyl flooring in the XLT trim.
