Window sticker says build date of 10/17/14 but as of 10/20/14 the FordEtis home page web site does not list the build date? Any way to find out if this van was in fact built as per the window sticker?

Go out to the internet and key in this information:

put 17 digit VIN
When it comes up, at the bottom center is the invoice date to dealer; upper left of center
is build date in 1 year/mth/day

You are correct about the delay in the ETIS printout. The Transit has to be cleared via Quality Control then it is released.

Will do as of early AM on 10/21 still not there. Wish I had ordered it via Amazon.com it would have been here in two days free shipping LOL.

Build Date
Ok the window sticker shows build date of 10/17/14 but on the Ford Etis site the build date shows 10/22/14 but not with the van's details only the basics. Dealer has an ETA to South Florida area 11/8/14. Van was ordered 8/18/14 MR/148 Silver with a list of options... One can only hope it will be here in two more weeks.

Do you have any idea why so many oddball line items appear with non-USA spelling? In addition to the few that greg listed just above, there are many others which seem "new" in the Transit 2015 order world, at least to these eyes . . .

Don't know why this list is the way it is, I just copied it from the Ford Eits system as it shows. This van was ordered Aug. 18th 2014 from major Ford Dealer in the greater Fort Lauderdale area AutoNation. Window Sticker shows Kansas City as the "Final Assembly Plant" and the Eits list shows this as well. NOTE: The options that I did add on when I ordered this van do show up on the Window Sticker. Also on the Window Sticker are a few dates... on the top it shows 120141017 and on the bottom it shows 10 08 14... the Etis system shows 22.10.2014. Why the list of what Ford states of "Minor Features on this Etis list is unknown to me. Also a mystery to me is that the options I did order are not on list; for example I did order the Load Protection Pkg., but on the Etis list it shows "Less Load Area Protection Kit"? Also ordered the Inverter and other items but they are not on this Eits Minor Feature List. I just hope that built the van with options that I want after waiting since August for this.
