:s Just purchased a used 2012 Transit Connect XLT Passenger wagon.
I found this eye bolt stored in with the Jack, wrapped up in a nice black draw string bag.
No idea what it is for, or where it fits on the car. I've not found it in the Owner Manual.
Is it for towing or lifting during shipment?

Gary,
You are asking on the wrong forum. This is for Transit Van's and Wagons. Believe Transit Connect has their own forum. Wouldn't be able to tell you what it is.
