[Unhappy 2017 transit.]

Passenger door on my transit screams in the wind. Took it in several times under warranty, no solutions.l just tried to add a video to this but not allowed

It might be worth trying air deflector, they work well and there are threads on here about wind noise

Our 2023 Transit windows scream in extremely high wind and only during extreme gusts in those conditions - it is not constant. If we crack the window it solves the problem which is why I know that it's related to the window and not the door.

When I say extremely high wind I mean wind speeds so strong that 18 wheelers are unable to drive and are seen blown over along the interstate.

I also have a 2017 T250 that had loud noise from the door.
Check out this thread for an inexpensive fix for me.
Hopefully it will work for you as well.

I had this problem with my 150 medium roof so I moved the door strike in about 1-2mm on each side and the problem is almost non-existent now. The doors are a little harder to close but I got used to it after a week or two.
