I don't know about the existing holes in the frame/crossmembers, but I can tell you that I found most of mine were not tapped. The frame members are Boron Steel and it took two taps to make one hole. I also drilled four holes and used rivnuts for mounting a B2B charger and that broke a number of drill bits and literally took two days to complete. I don't recommend trying to drill the Boron Steel, especially not laying below trying to push up with only 16" of clearance...
