Veteran started order in late 2021 X9X T350 HR XLT AWD LOADED. Missed 2021 had to order a 2022 and that was canceled. Reorder the same Van again on 06/09/2022 for the 2023 model year. Have talk with Dealership and Ford Dearborn Michigan was told there is no vin number, no build date, to date. My priority code was 19 and has been change to priority code 10. I am about to lose my mind I haven't left my house for over 3 years without a van. My 1996 E150 transmission needs to be rebuilt not cost efficient.Please help!

Did you get a preview order, sign it and submit your drivers license with a deposit for a COVP Did you initially get a confirmation of your order from Ford? I got a VIN as soon as I got confirmation from Ford, which was within a day of submitting getting that stuff done.

YES I did get preview, sign it ,gave a the deposit, with a priority 10 . Ford and dealer both stated no holds on order but no vin or date.

I was also given order number and ordering dealer code and was confirmed by Ford Motor in Michigan

That seems wired for sure. Did you get initial email order confirmation from Ford? Have you gotten the every 45 days delay emails from Ford?

yes i got a email order confirmation from ford with all option x9x all wheel high roof, avalanche gray loaded to the 9s.

If you have the Power Sliding Side Door option on your order, at this point it will not be considered for scheduling. A lot of the high end electronics are what may be keeping your order from being scheduled.

Robert 2023 I ordered X9X as well. I ordered June 2022. (HR awd, ecoboost, avalanche grey) I suspect CVM is correct. It was the power sliding door or other electronics that is the hold up. I did not have PSD, nor many other high end electronic options. Mine was built last week. I had no emails all fall, but in December they gave me a production week email of Feb 20th. Now, I am waiting on shipping. I feel lucky and bad for you. Hang in there.

Glad you’re getting your van! How many days did it take for you van to go from the start of production to built.

Once I got the email that mine was in production it took 9-10 days to be built. It was definitely more than 7 days. During this time the tracking site would change dates on production slightly. 2/22, then 2/23, then back to 2/22 then finally 2/24. Ford's tracking site is not ideal, it seems to post date some updates or changes them at 11:59pm. I had searched the forum and it seems 7-10days from production email to built is the norm. My arrival date to my Michigan dealership is March 18-24. (about 3-4 weeks). From others on this forum, and from friends in my area who have ordered a Ford previously, I think there is a chance it will arrive early

I understand my van has a lot of high end option the reason is I am a quad veteran and is in need of those option like reverse breaking assist, enhanced active park are not option these are needs for me.

My dealer told me my van would be a priority because ford treats veterans in a wheelchair. Is this true or was I given a sale talk.

There is no way for your dealer to designate that your van is for a veteran or a handicap upfit.

Van arrived Sunday March 12th. (Yes on a Sunday, a lone van on a flat bed truck to the dealer). They prepped it Monday and I purchased it Tuesday March 7th.
So it certainly arrived quickly to Michigan.

Because my E150 1996 no longers runs because of transmission. Have call Dealer and Ford they say unchanged clean no holds, have no build date or vin number.I ask dealer if I deleted any options would that help and he said NO. I have a bucket list I would like to go to Michigan where I grew up and visit family and friends that I haven't seen in 30 years. I am losing all hope that ever get my Van. (x9x 350 high roof awd loaded over $70,000 dollars) Should I cancel my order an order a Sprinter Van. Fun little fact I used to deliver the news papers to Henry Ford (House) off of 9 Mile on Lakeshore he drove a black Mustang our nick name was Mistang, it was girl. LOL.
