Hi All,

Am planning on getting a Transit as soon as I sign my next IT support contract ( I am itinerant IT guy ).

Was going to go Dualie cargo but now wonder if I might be better off single rear wheel.

Anyone have good or bad experiences or thoughts? .

A dualie derated to 9950 lbs will not require DOT so that's an option

Very good point. Would only consider a DRW if your van will be loaded to the 8k + range all the time.

My opinion only, but after owning 2 dually Sprinters loaded to the 9500lb range all the time, I've got some educated opinions I think...
