Throttle control module failure

My 2016 T350 hr is down waiting on a new throttle control module. It is unsafe to drive because of sudden "Lose of Power". It happened once two weeks ago and 4 times on Friday. Parts back ordered by Ford. Dealership said one of their parts delivery drivers reported their Transit also suffered a "loss of power" on one of his runs.

Two good videos about Ford's Electronic Throttle Body. The first explains the source of the failure and the second explains how to perform the Throttle Body Relearn Procedure. Interesting that the Relearn Procedure should be performed whenever the battery has been disconnected.
