Do all the vans come with the telescopic steering wheel or is it an option. My employer just ordered me a transit T350 high roof but is unsure about the telescopic steering wheel. I sat in one at the dealer that had the feature and I wanted the steering wheel to come out further then it did so not having it would be bad. Also does the standard vinyl drivers seat have an arm rest.

They all come standard with tilting telescopic wheel and inboard armrest. The door has the outboard rest but depending on your seat position it may or may not be the correct height for you,or in the proper fore/aft position. My Sprinter was like that, so I added a home built pad to change the height and angle so that I could sit with my neck and shoulders symmetrical during long drives.
