I've got an unusual dimension for a water tank, anyone know a good source for rotomolded polypropelene which might need to be a custom size? Any advantage to ones with the cutouts for the connections? Hopefully, the maker can plumb the unit ahead of time so I just have to hook it up.

While you're at it, recommend a water pump which will only drive an exterior shower and a small sink. I've got a Shur-flo in my old rig, is that generally what everyone goes with?

Thanks!

CustomRoto has a decent selection of tanks. If you find one that will fit and can create a simple drawing of where you want the ports; they will spin weld them on for you. Best to call them once you get to that point.

I can design and fabricate a custom tank for you. But it can easily be 5x the cost of an off-the-shelf tank. The pieces are CNCd and then welded by an experienced plastic welder who did our tanks. After welding ,we took them to Custom Roto where they spun on the fittings and leak tested the tanks. They have seen many miles of traveling and no leaks or problems. Photo below is of our custom grey and black water tanks prior to installation:

For pumps look for one with a lower gph and/or current draw rating. The key is to match the flow rate to the demand or it will cycle a lot. An RV style accumulator can also help reduce cycling but then that's another component.

PM me if you need further assistance.
