I took my van in to have the Nav / Satellite radio looked at. When I use Serius Radio or the built in navigation it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I haven't seen anyone post this problem but I found out from the dealer that this is a known problem and Fords solution to the problem is to wait for the engineers to come up with a solution. The Navigation still works even though it keeps disconnecting but you can't get through a song without it stopping the song once or twice when it loses signal. I have the 6'' screen with nav and Sync 3. So for now it kinda works as long as I don't use satellite radio. Just wondering how many others are having the same issue. Also wondering if Fords going to give me my six months of free satellite radio once this thing starts working properly.

My Sirius is a lot more 'spotty' this last month it seems - satellite comes and goes a lot

Spring trees leafing out cut satellite reception noticeably.
Our Toyota had Sirius FM- frankly in our area it sucks- we travel a 120 mile stretch of interstate often- going one way sat reception is ok, coming back the other way, closer to the treeline in the sat direction, it drops out a lot.
After our free period ended I have only renewed a couple of times for the "please come back" specials when we are heading out west, then cancel when we get back.
Frankly their constantly telling me I am listening to commercial free XM gets old- isn't that a commercial telling me every 10 minutes they are commercial free?
I also don't need them telling me after every song what XM channel I'm listening to- no **** I see it on the display!
