Roof Mounting Hole Dimensions

Since we all know that there are not any affordable roof racks out there (think Aluminess) I want to have one fabricated. Does anyone have the dimensions of the mounting holes for a 2016 LWB medium roof wagon?
I checked the upfitters manual (BEMM) but no luck there, I thought that would certainly be a home run.
