Is there a Ford drawing that shows the roof holes with dimensions? Looking or LWB Med height.

probably not what you are looking for, but it is a start: https://www.fleet.ford.com/truckbbas/non-html/Q249.pdf
Good info there. Lots of threads have pieces of this but this is the first Ford stuff. Would have been nice if Ford had put spacing dimensions on. Probably wouldn't have been accurate for every vehicle but good general information.
Fiberine Roof 30" on XLT

Morning. I'm only posting this to your 'roof' inquiry as I have not yet 'conquered' this site as to where-what-goes, but...have you/site seen the Fiberine 30" on the XLT yet?

why would you want to put a van topper on a van that can be bought in 3 different roof heights? perhaps you should post that in the reddit site vandwellers, where people hack there vans!

Weird innit? One of the conversion companies puts 'glass tops on their vans. Things that make you go "huh?"
Yea, I wish that Ford image had dimensions for the mounting holes and roof stiffeners. I want to layout my solar panel options and fan etc.

The only reason I can see for that butt ugly roof topper is it probably has a bed up there so you can sleep 4 or sleep 2 with more usable floor area.

The majority of posters and readers on this forum "hack" their vans in some way, shape or form. And....I'm sure there are some that already own, or may find a good deal on a low-roof van, but would like more headroom. I own a low-roof because I wanted 60/40 doors and I do have an interest in a fiberglass top. My roof has hail damage, I've not heard of hail denting fiberglass.

what can i say? the search box is for finding the proper thread to post in, but most are to lazy to bother! so we have countless threads all mixed up with out of thread posts making it hard for those of us who do use the search box to find anything! this could have been a great thread with all things concerning roof measurements in one place, easy to find in future search box searches!
Thanks for the tip. Lack of experience here.

This might help:

Here's a link on the FarOutRide.com site to several Transit .DWG files which may have the info you need.

There's also a .DWG file published by Ford. The filename is DC-BK3V-010000-D005.dwg, and I can't find where I got it from.

Hope these help.

Edit: After opening the files from FarOutRide I found they are the same Ford drawings mentioned in the second line, renamed. They can be opened in any .DWG viewer, and built-in tools will let measurements be taken between any points selected.
