Yes Tahoe they say we had 200+ inches of snow in Dec.

I bet the snow on the van in that photo weighed 500 lbs.

Look into Hexa ply or Tuff Tread. It’s laminated plywood made for decking with a skid resistant coating. It’s really great stuff.

composite decking (I know it's not completely plastic content) is heavy, and has a pretty bad thermal expansion coefficient.. also, it's designed for 16" center support.. that might negate any of the expense or corrosion resistance advantages..
