Many times when I check for new posts here, there is at least one thread of Spam. It is usually links to watch movies or buying credit card numbers or some such thing. I don't know what it is, exactly because I never click the links.

If you see these posts, click on the little triangle with the exclamation point in the lower, left corner and tell them that it is spam.

Unfortunately, that doesn't exist on the Tapatalk app used on my iPad..

I do that regularly early in the morning, without replying to the offending post (which just draws flies IMO), but I think the administrators of this site are just slow in getting rid of spam.

One thing that would help the Mods is if we didn't have to wait a full minute before posting after sending in a spam notice. What we do on other boards is send the spam notice in then immediately post that we reported the spam. The Mods only need the spam notice once and by posting that the spam was reported, that keeps others from bombarding the Mods with multiple notices.

If I have to wait a minute before posting again, I'm not going to do it.

I get one email per each spam report. I try to get it zapped ASAP, but myself, I'm not on here every day, so sometimes it might take awhile to get it off the threads list.

Thanks guys for reporting and policing the forum for all of us. I know I don't like to see the useless clutter out there.
