Hello to all! I just picked up a Certified "Pre-Owned" 2015 Transit 350 XLT Eco-Boost 15 passenger wagon. I cannot believe there are no videos on how to get the other seats out!? There is nothing in the manual. Anyone? When I called Ford they said to go to the dealer. I did not buy this from a local dealer and thus.........my relationship is contentious! Thank you!-Jim

All the seats have the same release but only the back row has the handles. You can use screwdrivers or put cable ties through to pull up on the release.

There are various threads about seat removal methods, it appears that only the rearmost ones have the pull handles so that no one seated can release the seat of the passengers in front of them. I can think of some of my youth group who might think that was funny to try (yet potentially dangerous).

The solution I use as I move my other seats in and out are some scrap ground wires I formed to release the latches:

Might think about going back to the dealer where you purchased the 'Certified "Pre-owned" Transit. I'm sure you were dealing with a salesperson and they should have showed you how to remove the seats. They do not have to take them out; just show you how to pull the levers up.

But..... you are here on the Transit forum and will find out all the tricks on how to remove the seats like the above posts.

Asdrew's suggestion is probably the easiest. I used bungee cords to remove mine, but I had to bend the hooks to make them fit. These things are quite challenging to move.

you don't need anything fancy, just make a loop using a zip tie, slip under and pull up to release. If your on your own tie 2 looped zip ties with short length of string, so you can release both clips together, push forward to raise then lift the whole unit back, and it's free.
