Looks good! Especially all the light you`ll have to see by this fall and winter. How long did it take to get your check?
I submitted the invoice for the rebate about 7/10.

I didn't pick up the Masterack Smartspace stuff until 7/27, as it didn't arrive until that Monday.

So I "got a jump" on the rebate.

Who manufactured the bulkhead? Looks a lot sturdier than most , and slides open?
RANGER, and its aluminum at about 78lbs.

All other bulkheads swing, and that would cause me difficulties working around it...

I installed it as instructed, by using the riv-nuts or plus-nuts.

Of course, I could have closed it when needed, but...MEH (as my kid says : )

I submitted mine back in March, but Ford or my dealer (Koons Ford, Silver Spring, MD) dropped the ball and I've heard nothing. The salesman didn't even tell me about the rebate in the first place. Repeated calls and visits yielded no results. Guess they just lost a customer..

I am in the same boat. Bought mine in June and still nothing. I gave them all the paperwork and everything. I am more then a little pissed.

I got mine about a week ago. Brought the van home in April and submitted the documentation in June. If nothing happened I suspect your dealer or salesman dropped the ball. Easy fix since you have a year to submit. Send a demand letter and follow with a small claims case if they don't respond. From me they wanted an invoice marked paid with the VIN on it, then they came back with a request for a document from a long list of ways to prove business use.

Same here. Did all of that. I will be stoping by there on Monday. The manager has not returned my emails.

After waiting almost 6 months, I finally got my check. They read the form wrong :( but Ford Commercial was very nice about getting it all sqaured up. Turns out that the goons at Koons Ford had never inquired on my behalf...

No friggin-nuts? :)

I could've sworn that one of the primary Ford upfit partners made a partition with a sliding door, but I'll be damned if Ranger's isn't the only one. I do wish Sortimo would offer a sliding door ABS product or Ranger would offer a powder coated or Quietflx-like finish on theirs.

Terrific project. Just took delivery of my 2016 High Roof Extended. Apart from kicking myself over one tactical ordering error which is going to end up costing me a small fortune to retrofit, I couldn't be more excited. In truth, the dealer gave me such good terms that I'd feel like a real ******* for sticking their inventory with a $49,500 (at sticker) cargo van, so I'll take my lumps or flip it for another if things get too hairy. But I digress.

I'd be grateful for some input from anybody who has successfully claimed their Upfit Assistance rebate after the purchase and can help answer the following questions which my dealer hasn't yet been able to nail down.

1. How soon after the purchase date must the rebate claim be submitted to be eligible?

2. Can a retail (non-commercial) buyer qualify?

3. Is the assistance limited to any specific kind of items? (I've already purchased some Genuine Ford Accessories and would love to be able to include some or all of them)?

4. Any other requirements or prohibitions?

I think you have a year to get things bought. Maybe double check on that...

Do you use the vehicle for business? That's the only way you'll get the rebate.

The "accessories" must be business related or of use for business.

I would think that most people that buy cargo vans use them for some kind of business...you have to show them SOMETHING, but that seems to vary from dealer to dealer...

If you're running a business, and paying tax, you won't have any problems.

Now I must ask...what was the order snafu? At nearly 50K it looks like you should of had everything covered!
