I'm still trying to get the cargo area lights to shut off when I leave the side door or back doors open, which happens daily in my trade.

Another thing that drives me crazy is the "headlights on" chime is the exact same chime as the "key in ignition" chime. Stupid design Ford.

Lights staying on in cargo area ticked me off fishing out the back of Club Wagon. Found that loosening the rear door jam switch, so I could just unscrew by hand, was a cheap/dirty way around it. Always intended to snip the appropriate wire & install a toggle switch.

Wonder if it's the same deal on Transit?

Headlight & key in ignition chimes are hardly Transit or even Ford "Qwerks". Or is your issue they're the "exact same chime"?

I'm thinking that the "trigger" is in the door latch mechanism, because I don't see a plunger type trigger anywhere on the rear body.

(I already spliced a switch in to the side door trigger, which IS a plunger type.)

The tilt wheel doesn't tilt down low enough for me.

I'm thinking of throwing caution to the wind and "enhancing" the slots a little bit (half an inch-ish) to achieve lowering the column position.

WILL use drill stop, so I don't drill in to anything else!

They are right about here...

Then again, IF the airbag deploys in the enhanced position, in the event of a collision, I MIGHT take a hurtin' for certain for the impact of the bag on my bod!

The auto start stop system, has no way to disable it permanantly,
If all the windows are closed the side loading door does not close properly unless its shut with lots of force,
The ac compressor turns off momentarly when taking off from a standstill or when throttle pedal is pressed 100%,
Water issue under windscreen on both sides,

There's more, if i'll remember them i'll add them.

On humid mornings, I've been seeing marks on the windows (windshield, slider window, maybe others), from the suction cups used to move the glass at the factory. Never mind that the dealer had the van detailed before I took delivery.

I cleaned all of the windows today, with Windex. Still, I'm not at all sure that I got the marks off. Have to wait and see.

It isn't brilliant engineering when it is 38c outside and you need all the juice from the ac to cool the van.

The assumption they are making is that if the throttle pedal is on the floor you probably want the van to accelerate faster, which is good reason to momentarily disengage the a/c compressor.

I do understand their reasoning for doing it like that, my main gripe is that the compressor disengages when taking off from a standstill which for 5 seconds one can feel hot air the instant the compressor is disengaged, it should be configurable in the menu.

Unpredictable car alarm.
i solved that problem by disconnecting the horn. connector located behind left front headlight. no horn no noise. do not mind the lights flashing.

minor problem is no horn but i almost never use the horn anyway.
