Ordered on 1/19, no estimate given, but I never asked. I figured Ford would schedule the build in the first month and I would know how long until delivery.

@pdxDiver

I saw you posted this pic on the adventure wagon thread. Is this picture their kit?
@Janus9, yes it is Adwagon kit with the MOAB bed. Local pickup. I live 5-6 miles from their office.

Progress today on the build. A-frame kit going up. Did struggle with upper C-pillar Boron steel. Not much guidance on how to deal with it from Ad-wagon. Consulted my machinist step-father and he gave me a couple of tips that really work for this area of the van

1 / Use center drill bits to start the hole
2 / Progressively use increasing sizes of cobalt drill bits to work up to 25/64 final hole size.

I admire your willingness to tackle the install yourself. And, it looks like you're working outside too. I opted to have an Adventure Wagon installer do mine. Out and Upfitters in Wilsonville. It was done in a week and I can move on to a Victron electrical system install.

Looks like you've gotten a floor installed too. You're over the hump now.(y)
@GotDiesel? Thanks, I plan to do electrical in the very near future. Homebrewed LIFEPO4, MPPSolar Inverter/Charger and TBD B2B charger. Where/how are you planning to store your electrical components?

Finished the MVP. Base AdWag install complete. Weather looks to be great this weekend in Oregon, so were taking out on its maiden voyage. House battery electrical and webasto heater up next.
