I have a 2020 Transit 350 passenger. Can I remove passenger seat without causing issues with safety system? Airbag, seatbelt system etc. I plan to remove & put refrigerator there. TIA for any help.

Yes but you need to jump the air bag module and the seat belt module with a resistor.
