I own a 2003 Ford Transit 8 pass minibus in England. It's RHD, manual, diesel, has 28K miles on it. In 2 years when it's 15 yo, I can legally import it into Canada and license it. Question is - how do I find out about parts availability before I decide to ship it over.

I wish we could help, but considering how new the van is to us and the difference between your 2003 and the 2015 + Transits, I'm not sure you're going to find too much help from us Americans. Sorry!

You might as well start hitting auto salvage yards in the European countries as nothing on the US or Canadian built Transits will work on your 2003 Transit. With your low mileage, you should not need any major engine parts. You may still be able to get maintenance items like filters through normal parts stores. Brake items like rotors might be harder to find.
