Hey all! I have a 2020 AWD 250. I backed into a short concrete wall and since then I’ve had a Park Aid Fault error coming up and it shows it’s turned off (or is faulting out). There wasn’t any physical damage.. I checked all the sensors and they seem to be working fine (put my ear up to each one to hear the clicking noise they make when engaged). Any thoughts on this? Do I need to have the fault code read from a device and maybe that resets it?
Thank you!

That sensor appears to be bent. Try popping it out and inspecting for damage.

Hey thanks! Looks like that appears to be the shape actually.. the other ones are similar. This is the other side:

Welp. Looks like you got both sides bent.

My sensors looked like that too, and they're not damaged. My van was getting that issue too (along with many other messages, see my sig) but it ended up being a couple of improperly seated pins behind the dash.

Others have reported that fixing the water ingress issue on the ECU plug under the hood solves many different electrical issues.

@Dave801 My apologies for being a smartass....
I was perusing my rear bumper on the 2021 today, and mine appear to be similarly shaped, oriented.
🤷‍♀️

Hey, I seem to also be having this issue. I just bought my vehicle yesterday, and I took a look at the headliner, and I actually didn't see a parking assist speaker. Does anyone know if there is suppose to be a parking assist speaker on the headliner for a 2020 Transit?

I am also thinking I need a good OBD scanner to see if the actually sensors are damaged.
