New transit owner here.

I want to change the oil on my transit. The manual says 5w-30, but the fill cap says 5w-20. Which one should I trust?

What engine? My 3.5L Ecoboost says 5-30w, both on the cap, and in the manual.

In the OM the 3.7 specs 5w-20.

I miss read the manual. I was reading for one of the other engine types. For the 3.7L both the cap and manual say 5w-20.
