Can I ask why you replaced it? I'm getting ready to order a vehicle with full vinyl flooring and am curious. Thanks.

The felt backing provides some cushioning, but not enough for my wife. So we now have a somewhat cushier floor, from bedrug.com. If it had been just up to me, we likely never would have replaced it.

Edit: That BedRug flooring does look very nice, though. Do you notice any improvements in sound or heat insulation?

honestly i haven't used the van with the bedrug all that much. but no, i don't think i do notice any changes.
