I did my first test tow yesterday and found out I have no power to either the flat 4 connector or the 7 pin round connector.

I'll take it back to the dealer and let them futz with it, that's what warranties are for.

I looked up the fuse and it appears to be F43 (30 amp) fuse which I located and it looked OK just looking at it as it's clear so you can see into it. I didn't pull it as I'm not 100% positive how to pull those funky fuses.

Has anybody else had this issue?

Yep. Took forever to get my brake controller to recognize two different trailers with trailer brakes. Just persisted in making the connections. Figured my trailer connections were corroded. Went through the whole fuse thing also but decided it was too much trouble to pull a fuse to check. Never did get my 4-way to work.

Any idea which connector that might be? Due to dealer incompetence, I had to hang the heavy duty hitch myself and make up the connector by the axle. No power at the 4 or 6 pin, chased back to axle-no power there either.
