Just got the truck Saturday started getting it ready to work.


Tinted windows 5% Back 35% front
Mounted Radar detector hard wired to dome light
Mounted Garmin wired through dash
Mounted Sat Radio
American Van shelving
Rigid SAE Fog Lights, just took truck out in the dark unbelievable difference.

Nice rig! I've got those Rigid SAE fogs and I'm really impressed with them. They made all the difference during the cold, wet winter. I don't know if I've driven a new vehicle with headlights as poor as the Transit. I almost mounted them where you did before I decided on a light bar. Did you just drill up from the bottom?

That's a nice van you have there. Functional stuff and looks good doing it.

Nice rig. Congrats. If your GPS mounting disk falls off, don't blame the adhesive. That dash plastic is rounded and oily.

Took the lower shroud off and drilled from underneath. The Garmin disk is from my last truck I used 3m foam tape it holds great lasted 4 years in last truck.

Very nice upgrades how much did they charge for the tinted windows? If I'm not being to nosey.. I have a quote for $350 for the two front power windows,the big side window in the sliding door, and the two rear windows. Mines a medium roof. Thanks, Tom
