I've installed the Ford trailer lighting kit per transitonthego.com. I can see the TRM in FORscan but only in 'as built config'.

I need the numerical coding to 'as build' my Transit to have 4 way flat trailer lights

I've tried every other suggestion within other threads but it appears this is the only way to program my Transit to have trailer lights.

Dealer said 'we'll do it for $1,200'. not great product support by Ford dealers

Should be the exact same model- T350HD? Am I changing just the TRM values?

$1,200???? I installed the Ford factory Trailer Module Kit and associated wiring myself on my 2020. I caved and paid the dealer to program it. They charged me 1hr of programming with FDRS, was $200. I'd check a different dealer.

My understanding is there are multiple modules that need to be changed to get the lights to work, I think at least 3 or 4 of my modules had some of the as built data changed after it was programmed. Don't remember which ones, would have to dig them up again.

I went to another dealer that spent an hour researching, charged me nothing but needed the van for a full day which I couldn't schedule yet.

You're right, changes are made to BCM, TRM, APIM minimum.

I think I've found the right dealer. Hoping.
