Im sure if you were savvy enough to post that Vid on YouTube then you are also able to Google things.....

Needs a cleaning.
Some Q-Tips, this, & compressed air always works very fast and effectively for me without disassembling everything (hassle) like most online vids show.
**be sure that all the cleaner has been blowed dry and/or completely evaporated before re-igniting!!!!!

This happens a lot if you use other than 1 pound disposable cylinders. They use to sell a filter for bigger tank use.
When I worked for Amerigas I made a lot of service dollars taking apart Buddy heaters and cleaning the oil out of them. The pilot in particular.
Just about any degreaser or brake cleaner or alcohol will work

I took apart and cleaned last year when it was doing this -
was kind of a pain -
what is procedure to clean and not take apart ?

The oil comes from the rubber lines used to connect to a 20 lb tank. They sell a "filter" that traps the oil.
