MPG drop after first oil change

Maybe I am just paranoid but for the first 5000 miles or so my average MPG was ~17.5 and after my first oil change my baby is averaging 14. Seems to be a significant difference. I am not too worried about the actual MPG but that there is a change. Any thoughts?

No difference in driving habits?

I’ve been messing with the tripscreen and resetting it to see how speed, accel, altitude change affects it. It’s pretty significant, even the difference between 65mph and 75mph
