I installed one of these gooseneck sink faucets last year in my camper, and when I tried turning it on a couple days ago I found it leaks. My thought is, it couldn't handle the change in temperature during the winter.

It appears, if you read the reviews several others have the same issue.

Does anybody have a recommendation for a sink faucet with a similar style as below but can support temperature fluctuations i.e. Marine/RV-grade?

I have the same problem as the OP with that faucet. I don't even think it is the temperature fluctuations. Once ours started to leak, I took the whole thing completely apart. No broken parts, it is just that the "switch" mechanism is terribly cheap with awful tolerances. So I think once you use it for a bit, the whole stream/shower functionality is gone and it is just a sad blend of the two.

I would not recommend that faucet to others. I would be interested in another option, but I need the same or similar dimensions, because our faucet is also our shower, so it needs to have a pretty good reach.

No specific van faucet recommendation, but maybe a good approach is to go with a brand that has good warrantee support. I have had excellent (lifetime) warrantee support from Price Phister (>5 yrs old) and Kohler (25 yrs old). Even no proof of purchase required.
