I installed the newest eurovan model tank that is available from GoWesty. It has a higher capacity than a Vanagon's. Even so, the tank does not extend below the frame rails, so there is no loss of clearance or much in the way of tank exposure. Pretty much have to drop to the ground to even see the tank, but still easy access to fill.

That is great! Is there anything special in terms of fitting it to the chassis, i.e., original brackets can be used or need to have special brackets to install? Do you have any pictures of the tank in the Transit? Thanks.

Realize this an old post but do you have any photos of your install of the westy lp tank in your transit?
