Low beam fuse

Tonight I installed a HID conversion for the low beams on my transit. Turned on the headlights after installing the left side to check it. It came on flickered then went off. I reinstalled the factory bulb to see if it was an issue with the HID kit or if it blew the fuse. The OEM bulb didn't work either.

I went through the owners manual and can't find the low beam headlights listed on any of the fuses. Does anyone know which box and fuse number it is. The high beams are listed to be on the bcm fuse box.

I have the electrical diagrams on CD from Helm. F15 (25 Amp) controls left low beam, F11 (25 Amp) controls right low beam. Each fuse feeds a circuit in the Body Control Module. This circuit is listed as Micro, which means to me to be some electonics package. There are other fuses in the BCM that feed headlamp assemblys, rear lamp assemblies, markers and other lighting. Good luck finding your problem.
Additional information about F15 and F11. Each provides power to other lamps, so if they were blown, then more than the low beams would be out. Since the wiring diagrams do not provide any detail of the body control module, I do not know what could be the actual problem. The Micro circuits that show up are "magic black boxes" that we are not supposed to mess with. Might be some justification for having to take the vehicle to Ford to get the entire module replaced when we aftermarket installers have problems.
Did you ever figure your problem out? I'm curious since I am currently researching headlight upgrade options and frying the bcm is a big fear. I'm most likely going to run my upgraded headlights off relays to prevent any overload of the stock electronics.

Do you Know where the low beam F15 fuse is located?
