My cargo van came with the Ford Heavy Duty Scuff Plate Kit option which is made by Legend. Love the metal sliding door step/trim piece and the rear door trim because they are solid, have good grip and look great.

FWIW, this is a list of part numbers for the rear door inner trim kits for a 2020+ Medium Roof that I had saved (originally posted by member @6ixgun). I realize you have a high roof but maybe this would give you something to work from. The sliding door should be the same for both roof heights; however I think this list is only for the rear doors. I think I had a diagram saved too; if I find it I'll post it here.

I haven't checked these but had saved it because I had the same idea as you.

Also, now that I look at a photo of the door trim on a MR, it looks like the lower/darker parts should be the same, and likely only (parts of) the lighter "window wrap" pieces would be different?

Another idea is to search through junkyards, which I had done in the past for my Honda Odyssey and replaced a few plastic trim panels that had a lot of wear and tear. I had also luck replacing broken wheel well liners that way on the cheap while reducing waste.

I got this from a dealer with the pricing for new parts.
The first two are the sliding door upper and lower sets.
The rear door panels had to be individually itemized. (Hight roof)
