Best bet is to use the very rear holes that are taped over from the factory - if they haven't been used for a roof-rack.

 

The roof is flat sheetmetal in that bay, perfect for an antenna. Be careful drilling it's a sandwich panel. Seal the hole extremely well with butyl tape and Dicor sealant to avoid leaks.

Try going to your ford dealer and looking irl at a cargo van for inspiration. Also I can suggest just bringing the wire in beside the rear door and back up at the bottom of the door. This provides a drip loop requiring no caulking. I brought my 800w of solar in this way. it’s night time now, but I will send pictures tomorrow.

 

Peplink 42G antenna. Don't really have an option on where to bring the wires in.

 

Looks like two choices. Most elegant exterior would be to use a mast over the factory hole then how to hide the wires inside. Alternatively mount a bracket and drop the wires through the door.

 

this is my minimally, invasive way to get wires in without roof penetration.
