I have been using a Instant Pot - pressure cooker - for about 5 months-

I can say is that it is AWESOME -

Cooks food in minutes instead of hour/hours -

Holds steam/ moisture inside pot so Much less humidity issues
when cooking in van -

the lid locks on so it falls over in van food wont make a mess -

I have the small 3 quart version -

where I am at right now we have 2 Instant Pots and both have worked
pretty much perfectly --

cooking pot of beans from dry uses less than 1/2 kwh of power -

everything else uses much less power to cook -

someone I know purchased a Knockoff of a Instant pot that did not work well -

Was that the standard size Instant Pot? I have a small size pot and I'm just waiting on a meter that I ordered so I can measure what it takes to cook beans.
