Has anyone installed shelves in a cargo van equipped with the load area protection panels? Can you remove just part of the panel, enough to accommodate the shelves? Thanks for any info on this

The panels are 2 pieces. I would say 3 ft tall each piece. I installed metal Adrian steel shelving but left the panels on. Had to notch a couple spots for my brackets tho.

Would you have a pic of your shelving install? Do you feel like you still have enough room side to side for cargo? Thanks for your help.

I'd definitely order the panels and leave them in place, making the necessary cuts to accommodate mounting brackets. The hollows in the lower body will swallow a lot of dropped/fallen parts.

I'll try and get a few pics up maybe this weekend. Super busy with work now. Yes I have plenty room in between the shelves. Shelves on passenger side are only 12" deep and 14" on drivers side.
